Hands-on consultancy across the full marine project lifecycle — from concept, FEED and tendering through fabrication, transport, installation and close-out.

Transport & Installation (T&I) Management

End-to-end T&I management for offshore structures, modules and subsea infrastructure — method statement review, marine operations planning, and site supervision of heavy lift, load-out and float-out operations.

Project, Interface & Contractor Management

Client representation and contractor management in adverse and frontier business environments — interface coordination, project planning, progress and risk reporting across multi-national teams.

HSE & Marine Risk Management

Site safety leadership to international standards, HAZID / HAZOP workshop facilitation, marine risk assessment and risk-register management for offshore transport and installation operations.

Contract & Tender Management

Development of technical requirements, evaluation of proposals and negotiation of marine, port, cable and anchoring packages — including detailed FIDIC and BIMCO contract analysis on packages exceeding €500 million.

Marine Warranty Survey Support

MWS attendance, interaction and internal advisory drawn from senior surveyor experience with Noble Denton — bridging the gap between project teams and warranty surveyors on critical marine operations.

Business Development & Crisis Management
